What information do you collect when placing an order? Why?

We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. Your email address used to contact you online is used solely for use between you (buyer) and tryfm.com to respond to any inquiries regarding orders or products and to comply with any requirements of law i.e.: verification for suspected fraudulent activities. Actual shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between tryfm.com and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected after you place your order for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes. Will anyone be able to figure out what's in my package?

Shop confidentially and feel secure with the knowledge that we provide discreet shipping on all of our packaging. It is impossible for anyone to know what is inside the box, only you will know what hidden treasures are to be discovered upon arrival.

Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?

When you place an order and pay for it with your credit card, the order detail will not show up in your financial statement, it will be the title of Skrill (Moneybookers). Please feel free to do your purchase, your privacy is safe with you.

What if I want to buy something that is not displayed on tryfm.com, can I ask about it?

Of course, you can send an email to [email protected] and ask about the product you want, with descriptions or pictures of the product would be great. You will get a reply in 24hrs.

How do I know my order status?

You can always check the status of your order by entering your order ID number and email address in the Order Status page.

Order status:

- Pending payment: Your payment do not get through successfully, which means you need to login to your account and pay for the order, or reorder the item and pay for it.
- Processing: You already paid for the order, but the package is not sent out yet.
- Complete: Your package was already sent out, please wait for the items to arrive.
- Cancelled: Your order is cancelled due to some reasons, such as you ask for a cancellation, or you do not pay for the order in a very long time, or the package is returned.

I am a Register user, and I placed an order but the payment did not get through successfully, how can I pay for the order again?

- Login to your account (Click My account---Input email address and password---Log in)

- Reorder the items (At My Dashboard page, you will see your RECENT ORDERS, and you can find the order whose status is "pending", and there is a "Reorder" function at the end of the line, and click it )

- Complete the payment (Proceed to checkout---Fill the shipping information and payment method and Place Order---Complete the payment)

Can I purchase on TryFm.com as a guest?

Of course you can, but as a guest, if you do not pay for your order at the first time, you need to re-do the whole process until the payment get through successfully. 

I haven't received my Package yet, where is it?

Firstly, on the order status page you can get you tracking number and tracking information for your package, and usually the online information is updated slowly. 

Secondly, the shipment normally takes about 15-25 days to arrive your place, so you need to take a little more patience on this overseas’ shipment.

How do I add products to my order after it I got the confirmation email?

We are unable to add any items to existing orders, but you can make another order for the extra items you want.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please email us [email protected] with the order number. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it goes for processing.

What if my toy doesn't work?

I haven't gotten my refund yet, when should it show up on my bill?

Credit card refunds will appear on your statement in the next billing cycle or, in the case of online banking, should appear in your account within 10 business days. Please refer to our Return Policy.

I don't want to use my credit card online, how can I purchase something?

You can complete payment by MoneyGram or Western Union, please go to your local  MoneyGram (or Western Union) branch, or go to their website(MoneyGram:https://www.moneygram.com/ ,Western Union:http://www.westernunion.com), and follow the instructions.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?

Some computers do not accept our emails due to the nature of our business. If you want your order ID and more information on your order you may email the customer service [email protected]

How do I get a tracking number for my package?

Normally, We will send you an email with tracking number and tracking link to track the package after sending the package out.

And also, on the order status page you can get you tracking number and tracking information for your package. If you do not have one, you may email the customer service [email protected] and ask about it.

How do I ship to an address that isn't mine?

When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address as your billing address on the shopping cart pages before checking out.

Do you refund shipping charges?

We refund shipping charges in the following cases:

1. We ship an incorrect product.

2. We ship a broken or defective product.

3. The carrier damages a product during shipping.

How do I get discounts on my future purchases?

Are these products safe for use?

These products are sold for the intended use only; we are not responsible for any physical harm caused by any of the products sold herein.

We currently do not mail catalogues for we are strictly an online business.
