7 days Unconditional Return

Since the day you received the order, you can return your order without any reason in 7 days.

15 days Free Replacement New Product

Since the day you received the order, we offer free replacement in 15 days for products involving in failures or quality issues.

60 days Unconditional Refund

If your package is not received in 60 days since the day the order was placed, you can apply a full refund or ask us to reship your order.

  • If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.
  • Once we’ve received your return, we will contact you and issue your refund/replacement in 48 hrs. 
  • Defective items or problems with your order must be reported to us within 7 days after receiving, and in that case, we will be responsible for the return/exchange shipping charges.
  • We give 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but for returned/exchanged order, we will make a refund/replacement only AFTER we receive the full package of the original items back.
  • For exchange/return due to buyer ordering the wrong/unwanted item, the buyer held liable for 2-way shipping charges.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

  • For replacement orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s).
