How can I cancel my order?
The majority of our products can be cancelled up until they are shipped for a full refund. If your order status is Pending or Pending Payment or Processing, you can easily Cancel your order yourself. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

To Cancel your order (Order Status: Pending or Pending Payment)
- 1. Sign into your account and click on “My Orders” at the left of your account page
- 2. View on the order number that you would like to cancel,click cancel .
To cancel your order (Order Status: Processing)
If your order status is “Processing”, you can submit a ticket to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
- 1. Sign into your account and click on “My Orders” at the left of your account page
- 2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
- 3. Click on the link at the top of the “Order Tickets”, you can submit a ticket to cancel your order.
Note: Since only orders that have not shipped can be cancelled, once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
