How do I return an item

Important Steps for returning an item:

1. Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.

2. Please keep full package of the original items.

3. Print the order receipt at:(My Orders), and include it in the package.

4. When returning an item, we recommend using your local postal service that provides tracking information and a Customs form, instead of a courier agency such as UPS, DHL or FedEx. 

5. Be sure to email us the tracking# carriertracking link and approximate arriving time, we will also let you know when we receive the package.
